Several things Learned From watching this Movie...

1. If you carry a gun in NYC then you're guaranteed to get mugged at least once a night.

2. By the same token, if you don't want to get mugged then don't carry a gun.

3. If a low-life drug addict is killed, then it will make headlines the next day.

4. A vacation in Arizona will alieveiate your grief after your wife is murdered.

5. Architects are not wussies.

6. Muggers will be scared into running away from you if you hit em in the face with quarters.

I Love This Movie!!!!!!!!!

I thought that movie sucked along part 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 however many there were.

Its like Robocop I loved that movie back in the day but saw it a little while ago and what a piece od shit that is.

Watching the bad guys get all shot up made everyone feel warm and fuzzy back then. I watched a couple of these movies last weekend and the sound tracks were especially offensive.

Actually saw it when it was first released and was attending Ball State. The whole theater erupted in cheers when Bronson blew away the punks. It was totally different back then. Punks, thugs, bangers,...whatever weren't idols then.
The DW when he was with the old timers was a jokehno:

I watched some of that Death Wish marathon last weekend on AMC.
And while I enjoyed most of it, the whole DW series was nothing more than than a collection of 'B' movies, Bronson, good in the roles, still has nothing on Clint, and what still shocks me is that no director ever told Bronson to shave that cheesy moustache.

My favorite:
"He killed the Giggler man, the Giggler!"

Yeah I heard that in New York, Chicago and a lot of the major east coast cities...the crime really was out of control....being mugged was almost a formality for a lot of folks....

This movie had an agenda which is right wing fascism...which will return to this country sooner than most people think...but........

I still love this movie.....right or wrong...I love this flick!!!

And when some Socialist Gun Grabber *Cough Obama Cough* comes along telling me to give up my guns...for the sake of humanity....this is what you tell em...
