Keep a close eye on your payouts after a win... I don't know the end result of the matter but it has been more than 1 occasion I haven't been paid.

They had some major issues on Friday night.... I would bet 25 ( they take 25 from balance).. I win the hand ( they take 50 more from my balance).. On ties, they were kind enough to just take my original bet and not take more... I talked to support on Sat and they refunded money..

That's kind of them to just take the original amount on ties.. At least I'm not the only but this is irritating as hell.

Thanks for the reply. I'm still waiting to hear from them. Going on 2 hours now...

The bad thing is I suspected this way before I actually screen shot the problem and have proof..

do you guys know if you bet on the bank or the player and it comes up a tie... you lose right? there is an option to bet on a tie.

i am no expert but u dont lose on a tie if you bet either the bank or player:nohead:

You dont lose on a tie... Its a wager refund....


You can bet on a tie.. It pays 7-1..

The cool thing about live baccarat on bet phoenix... They use a live, real-time dealer via a live vid. feed. Its not rigged like most online casinos. They TVs behind the dealers which are on ESPN,CNN ect so you know its real time.. the dealers are mostly good looking, but are wearing tops.

I think it was you soonerfanjames that posted this is like crack. I am loading the tables now but it would be nice to know if the problem is fixed. I don't want to have to stare at my balance every hand especially since I play on all 3 tables.

lol.... i didnt know baccarrat til i played with this free chip and i noticed on ties i was losing my bet, so thats why i assumed the rule..

oh well im glad it was free money and not my own or id be pissed.
