Guys I have to fly for a meeting in Richmond VA. Which airport do you suggest coming into from either Tampa or Orlando. I looked in Orlando and they have no direct flights. There has to be a big airport somewhere that I can fly direct. Help is appreciated

What airline?

If no direct flights to Richmond, you could try charlottesville airport about 45min to an hour drive to Richmond.Pretty much all interstate. Also a small airport in weyers cave Va that would be a bit further to drive but much easier than having to fly in to dc.

hope this helps.

Jet Blue has direct from ORL to Richmond. Have to leave the night before 7:30 p.m. (as that is only direct) and leave early (8:30 a.m. - as that is also only direct).

Air Tran also the something - one direct each way but you have to fly there late and leave early.

Thanks..just looked at jet blue. You are right they have a direct but I would have to stay two nights. No need for that. Guess not many people from Florida want to go to VA LOL
