Lets say you find a large sum of cash, say 1 million, and decide to leave the USA. What country would you FLEE to in hopes if ever found, they wouldnt extradite you back to the USA?

Watching the boob tube the other night and they had a story about this sort of stuff. In that example the country was France, their stipulation was that they would extradite only if the USA assured them they would not seek the death penalty. I've heard of this before actually, if you are in a country that does not believe in the death penalty then I don't think by law they can legally extradite you back to a country that does.

i still wouldnt want to go there as if ever extradited, your gonna sit in pound-me-in-the-ass prison for a long, long time.
I would stay at my grandmothers house in Bosnia.. Cops in that little town are the biggest crooks in the world.. with all that money they would treat me like royalty.. well I would have to take care of them though.

Vietnam has some great beach resorts and the women are amazing...they are in the process of building numerous golf courses...
They are competing for the tourist dollars, especially with Thailand and Singapore...

Yep. They speak english there. They teach it as a requirement in elemntary school. Main reason they outsorce software work there over china...
while I am sure I am being naive (since I have never done it nor do I live in that 'circle' of people)
the better question is what would happen to you in any of those countries when you cross in with a million in cash

how are you going to get out of the US with a million in CASH.......
as you know you must file a form when coming in or OUT with over 10k, failure to do so may result in immediate forfeiture of the $
IF you are going to do this....I would be able to give you consulting on workarounds...for a mere 10% of the million lol
you wouldnt make it out of that airport alive carrying 1 mil in cash....its hard to survive just TRANSITING .......while all the locals beg you to buy them stuff in the duty free stores so that they can resell it (they give you the $ and then you buy the stuff and hand it to them.......)
Plus the cabs taking you to places that you didnt tell them to take you.....and all the freaking soldiers going back and forth

they got close to being wiped out by the tsunami in 2005, its pretty much.......totally flat in there
