So like any red blooded American I call them to let them know I would be making a deposit to get a max bonus .......they tell me that I am not able to get one because I beat them ( an made my roll over ) a few months ago ?
WTF I tell the clerk an he said the don`t give a bonus to winners .....for losers an new client only ........WOW ......an I have sent people there way in the past........not in the future .:finger: skybook

Wow what a stand-up book. Fucking jokers. To think they are a gold sponsor. What kind of idiots wouldn't give their clients (winners or losers) a bonus. They still have my money from a previous contest which I was told would be put back into my account after it was explained to me that they don't take Missouri customers. Funny they didn't have any problems taking my money but now they can't give it back weird.

I have no problems with a book not offering a bonus if I've been winning from them - there is nothing wrong with Skybook

look I had no problem with them ....I am not bashing them .... I deposited ...I won ...over the course of NCAA foots...they paid me ..
then sent me a e-mail ( I dont know why if i cant get it ) about a match bonus.......was going to deposit ....then was told because I won an took my money I cant get a match bonus.......poor customer service.....IMO.....

Same here! And yet they still send me emails touting there bonus. I certainly wouldn't play at Skybook without the initial incentive they originally gave me!

Had a very nice conversation with a manager @ sky ......
Very nice guy .......totally understand were he is coming from an again ....this was not a bash on them.....I still use / an intend to refer sky after speaking with there upper management ...
