Yeah what a bitch he is! I live on Maui and I work in the construction industry. We have lots of high end homes on the south and west sides of the island and when a rich guy is building his house next to a few people they complain about the noise constantly! My problem with this is that it was okay when the contractors were building your home and making all the noise it was fine. Fuck off! It's not the end of the world! The noise will not last forever grow up you spoiled bitch!
