BETCRIS - Payout problem !!!

My english is not good,sorry...

I have problem in the BETCRIS with payout.
I sended request for withdrawal for 555,-eur.
They tell me,for withdrawal must be verification me.
I sended full scan (front,back) of my ID card
After i sended full scan of my VISA card (front,back).
In the back sides of my VISA card is CCV number (3-number)and this was obscure,because this number is only for me,not for other people and organizations.
In the front side of my VISA card is number uncovered.
I think for my person verification in BETCRIS is good this data.
But BETCRIS need my CCV number.I no understand why.
Only if i will send this number,i can do it withdrawal.
CCV number is only for me,if i will send this,my card will be unsafe.
Anybody of the BETRIS can be using this card,because they will have all information about this card (name,address,card number,CCV number).
I sended many email in BETCRIS but answer is the same,they need full scan of my back side my Visa card.From BETCRIS is this extortion.
My last email without answer,they ignored me !!!

I readed in the other forums,that is usualy in BETCRIS.Many people have problem with payout if not sended CCV number.
BETCRIS don´t pay !!!
If BETCRIS don´t pay 100 people x 500,- eur = 50.000,-eur.This is good business for BETCRIS.

BETCRIS is in the category A+ and payment nothing...Is rating A+ only camouflage???

If i will send CCV number in BETCRIS,i must go in my bank and deactivate this card,because will be not safety.Its terrible.

This is email is from CENTREBET,where i playing:

eight digits on the front of the card and cover the CCV (last three
digits) on the signature panel on the back of the card...
They respect my security.Withdrawal without problem.

they are asking for cvv GIVE IT TO THEM...this is confidential yes...but jus as giving ur info out to them in first place they have confidentiality rules..its no different how they dont use ur sports betting accoutn to place wagers or etc....they can be trusted...an A+ book and cvv is usually a requirement when u send in proof or when u pay (even betjamaica ..my #1 book asks for cvv.)

dont be alaramed...

send it in and be patient..they will not screw u

sent is the past tense of send, but I don't think you are looking for help with English....Your English is OK.

I'd suggest Pinnacle for you, in the future, but that's not what you are looking for either.

CRIS will pay you, but it might take a bit of time.

I think you will just have to give them this information, in order to get your money.

Neteller is a much better method to use, if available in your country.

Thank you for all answers.
My deposit was from this Visa card,BETCRIS have my card numbers with CCV numbers from this transfer.
Any documents sended at the email is unsafe today (many hackers in the internet)this is another risc for me.
For verify my identity and legal age i sended too much information in the BECTRIS.
CCV is only my privat number.I go playing in another bookmakers...

This is an identical post (and reply) to one at SBR.

In Europe we are told to be very careful with CCV numbers, so I do understand his reply. I would give them the info, close the card, and use a different bookie that takes this more seriously.

CRIS Security is very poor imo, displaying passwords in live chat text is also very bad form.

I have never deposited into any book using a CC, but I believe asking for the CVV is required when asking for payout, along with identification. It seems logical and CRIS is not going to steal your information.

the thing is, regardless of being cris, a good sportsbook anything .....

it is even ILLEGAL (As in opposed to visa/mastercard/amex regulations) to even STORE the cvv you input when you deposit

you don't need it to reverse a charge either, that goes strictly based on the cc number

I was going to suggest the same thing that Santo said but he beat me to it.

don't know how it works in Slovakia but in CR what I do is simply "hello, I lost my card please issue me a new one"

its standard operating procedure to change the number , that would work for the poster

of course you have to update any auto-payments that he has linked to that card but thats the extend of the process.

I actually like to change my card number every 2 years or so....with the amount of purchases I do online and seeing massive breaches in databases that have cc numbers......its a good idea overall

if u use ur credit card for gaming, its actually a smart thing to do once a year or so.

Get a new number by stating u lost ur card

3 days before i sended in BECTRIS copy of my Visa card with CCV number.
I sended more emails in BETCRIS and no response...
Today i talk with operator.He want Visa card copy what i sended 3 days before...
I sended this one more times.Now i have my money in moneybookers.
I sended many emails and they ignored me,only live operator helped me.Transfer was 2 hours long only.I will have new Visa card in the next week.
End of story.Thank you for all.

Almost any order you place over the net asks for your CCV. Why would you worry about that number, and not your credit card #?

There is a difference between sending it encrypted in a credit card transaction form and sending it in plain text / scan.

I still will never understand why if you deposit via credit card that you need that info later to withdraw. It's all over for us in the U.S. but can books explain why.. Heck if you want a check etc who cares how you deposited..?
