I am new to wagering, but I know the basics. Thinking about starting out slow like maybe a few 5.50 to win 5.00 bets and 11 to win 10 straight bets. Aware of parlays and teasers but reluctant to dive in too deep too early. Is it possible to start off with say $100.00 and with a little luck improve over time to a sizeable amount? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated and duely noted.

Welcome to the RX. To answer your question, yes it is possible to start with $11 to win $10 and be successfully. I started with the very same amount when I was 22 years old and now, 38 years later, my wagers are much larger. Take your time, pick your spots, research information available on the internet, watch games, but most important be patient and disciplined with your money. Best of luck.
