This is 100 sq ft bigger than the last one. Also comes with a carport. This might be the one. I just need to get creative with the financing. Would any bank give me a morgage for 15,000?

WOW !! I know that " As Is " could be anything small to wide range.
But $20K ? That's got to be a Steal and a Half.

Just to rent. The fees are a little more on this one. I could still profit about 220 a month. LOL Maybe I will build my real estate empire now that I have time.

I used to live in the next condo complax from this. It is a pretty good hood. This is a foreclosure. I saw this listed lastweek for 29900. Not they dropped the price again. I am interested to see if it is in decent shape.

I agree, comparables here in Indiana would be closer to $350 semi-an.

2k in taxes isn't expensive....I'm sure the house is worth more then 20k just bc of the foreclosure is it that cheap. Where do you guys possibly live with taxes under 2k??????

I read a median home in michigan is now $7,500...

wtf??? is that even possible? can someone trade in their used toyota for 2 houses?

Indiana, I live in a 3,000 Sq.Ft. house valued at 185K. My property taxes are $760 every 6 mos. :103631605
