I have a suite out there for march madness, never stayed there before and was wondering what some peoples past experiences have been that stayed there.

Big time overated in my opinion. Especially if you just get stuck in one of their old standard rooms. For the same price you can do much better at places like Mandalay Bay, Venetian, Mirage, etc.

Newest tower. They were building another one when I was last there in August.

It will be nice. Watch out for the mini bar. You probably have what they used to call the mini suite. They have a different name for them now I think. I am a table player so get everything comped, but it can get pricey especially 2 am room service if you are not. ..I like Nero's to eat.

If you have any specific questions, let me know or pm me. CP is pretty much the only place I stay, and have been going there for at least 2-3 times per year for last 12 years. Not saying it is the best place to stay, but for me it is familiar, great location...I don't really have anywhere to compare to except for Mirage and Flamingo..and it's much nicer than either of those places. Great Pool(s) but won't be happenin' in March.

I really like the central strip location. I'm used to the size, but my friends always get lost. I guess it's what you are used to...compared to some of the newer places, it's probably not quite as confusing....

Do you play the tables or only the sports book?

All shows at the Colliseum are great...although haven't seen Bette M..nor do I really care to.. Not a bad seat in the house.
If you are going with guys, go to Shadow Bar....Seahorse lounge is also cool and laid back.

Of course Pussy cat lounge and PURE, if you're into the club thing...long lines of course....

CP is a great place. Don't stay there anymore, I go to bet sports at the LV hilton and it is pain getting in and out of CP. however, if you are doing everything there, great place.

its mostly just going to be for the quality of room when crashing after going out partying at night, i really dont plan on doing much gambling in that hotel as i will most likely return to the spots i had alot of success @ during my last trip.
