Betallsports is free to post anyway he wants, no one is restricting his posting personna at all. I had a lengthy phone conversation with him last week and emphasized that we didn't want him to feel restricted by being a mod.
Same with Hache Man who has a free reign to do contests, post his hoops plays (win or lose, no one will judge him as a moderator) and contribute to any forum he feels like posting in.
The only change for Betallsports is he has been a big help to me working the back end registering newbies and other admin duties.
He is actually off today but stopped in for a while on his own.
