Louisville was favored by 11 over ST Johns.

Cardindals up 10 with 5 seconds left, gets a defensive rebound and instead of standing there and/or dribbling out the clock, they go the length of the court to score with 2 seconds left & get fouled with the free throw to end the game winning by 13...........

Wow! I am hoping this is wrong, but I am going to have to look through the hoops forum and see if anyone wrote anything about it.

Pitino is mobbed up.

I was at the game, it was a steal and a break away layup. The defender actually was stupid to try to defend the dunk. Obviously, the FT wasn't needed.

I will concede that teams usually pull the ball out in that situation, but I guess the kid couldn't resist the breakaway dunk in the closing seconds.

Thank you for clearing it up, as that makes a lot more sense.

Hache I just dont believe plays on any of the sites unless I see them.

I follow some games online and its just impossible for what they say happens happens.

Ill see something like this

6:10 Bryant missed jump shot
6:10 Rebound James
6:08 Ben Wallace misses layup
6:06 Wallace offensive rebound
6:05 Wallace misses tip in
6:03 Odom rebound
6:01 Fisher hits 3 point shot

Now there is no way in hell all that happened in 9 seconds but see that shit all the time on sportsline.

My personal favorite is yahoo and when it already says haltime and someone makes a shot after the clock shows 0:00.

Don't think for second that these kids don't keep up with point spreads either. It's usually not directly gambling related, but just a boasting type of shit..."Yeah and we covered the spread."

Louisville has been a team of high betting interest since the Crum era, and now with Pitino of Providence fame. Louisville insiders have moved their games strong for and against for ages.

And folks shouldn't forget that BW is from the Bluegrass state, when wondering about some Kentucky and Louisville monster moves for and against, over the last 30 years.

i don't care how they got those last 2 points all i know its nice to be on the right side when those things happen. i hate when a team fouls with 3 seconds left and after the free throws don't even try a shot anyways. i've lost too many of those
