What do you think all the ESPN anchors make annually?

I would guess anywhere between 150k to 300k.

The higher end being like Berman and Scott.

Bet its pretty ridiculous tho.

Best job in America maybe?

I will say quite a bit lower than that. It is too easy to find others that can do the same job for less.

I would estimate between $60,000-100,000. Berman would have his own contract and possibly Stuart Scott has his own deal as well

I would guess under 100K as well, which explains why so many have left ESPN for higher paying positions with Fox Sports amongst others. I would be more curious to know what the lower end anchors make.

Harold Reynolds was a former big leaguer though.

I would say Berman makes about 1M a year

All the names make six figures a year.

Read ESPN: The Uncensored History. The talent gets all the money. Production Assistants and the like get 20k a year and get nary a day off

I would guess these guys do more than O.K. Van Pelt works alot of hours I can tell you that. Often he'll do his radio show from like 1:00 to 4:00 than do sportscenter at 11:00 at night. ESPN does a good job of not disclosing what they make but I'm sure its a good deal of money. Hell Colin Cowheard has multiple houses and is always taking trips to New York and other places. You have to make some decent coin to do those things.

ESPN just gave Reilly $2 million/year to write his shitty articles.

Simmons is making mid to high six figures as well.

I'm sure its more than most people think. Cowheard is on like 300 stations plus XM/Sirius. I don't know how radio works but If he only got 1K from each station a year thats 300,000 a year.

Berman makes around $3-4 Million a year.

These guys are making a lot more money than you think.

Len Berman in NY at WNBC makes $2M, that is confirmed. Chris Berman is speculation on my part.

Stu scott is probably pulling in close to a mill, doesn't he host the shit on NBA on ABC.

You got to be kidding if you think these people are making around 100K. I bet most of them are up in the million dollar range. And Berman and Tirico are well past that mark with work they do for ABC.

They aren't making 60K. Get real. $300K or so is my guess, but no way it's lower than 150K.

I dont know if thats entirely accurate...You remeber that show when they were trying to find an anchor through a reality show?

Assuming those were the best candidates, it didnt look "too easy".

Jim Rome makes around $1.5 million or so I've heard. That is his tv and radio show combined, of course.
