Arizona is looking for a 1st and a 3rd rounder. Both teams have late first round picks but the Eagles have two of them (both higher then the Giants) and are likely to land this guy IMO.

yikes, bring Plaxico back, and put Boldin on the other side, along with Jacobs and Bradshaw in the backfield and Manning....

holy moly, that could get ugly...especially when u add in the fact they had a pretty solid defense as well

Bouldin, Isaac Bruce, and Vernon Davis to go along with Frank Gore and Desean Foster sounds pretty solid. Also, if I recall, the 49ers have a pretty high first round pick, and chances are after his disgruntled exit of Arizona, what would please him more than to play in the same division and tear up his old team while helping to rebuild the 49ers to their prior greatness.

One thing's for sure, he's done with AZ. Before this season started, he was the premiere receiver in Arizona, now he is doomed to live in the shadow of a younger, faster, stronger, and all around more skilled receiver by the name of Larry Fitz.

Please Bouldin, please, come to the 49ers.

I'd love to see Boldin on the Niners but their first rounder is way too high to work in that deal.

Arizona doesn't part with their $$'s very easily, and Boldin only makes around $3M for the next couple years. Doubt they trade him as they'd have to shell out more money (signing bonus) then they'd pay this punk. Just a guess.

Doesn't Boldin want a new contract though?

I realize that their first rounder is really high, but to be completely honest, would it not be worth it to sacrafice a potential talent and gain one who is a guaranteed instant pro-bowler?

Not in my opinion. The Niners still have some holes along the lines that needs plugging, plus they are going to run more than most teams in the NFL next season. Singletary is already talking about going with a 2 RB offense most of the time.

Hell will freeze over before the Cards trade him inside the division.

Never mind. Hell already froze over. The Cards made the Super Bowl this year.
