The favorite to DEAL this is 5TEAMPARLAY.

Personally, have put in my share of hours attempting to hit this thing.

Get this BAD BEAT, my table across the bay in St. Pete, where I split time playing with the Hard Rock, hit the bad beat last week when the HR figure was at around 330,000. Unfortunately, DL has no bad beat jackpot........sweet.

On another sour note, dropped 1300.00 in video poker last evening while taking a break from the poker tables at the Hard Rock.............the good news is that I'm now just a few points shy of becoming an ELITE member there(need 100,000 slot points in a 3 month period, currently at 80,000).

The Bad Beat might just as easily climb to $600,000 rather than be hit. Of course probably almost all tables will be full though.

The bad beat jackpot was once $250,000 at Harrahs in Lousiana a few years ago. Well every table was full for about 3 days before it was hit. There were alot of $5-5Nolimit tables and a few $5-10 Nolimit tables and also they had around 20 $3-6-12 limit tables in action. I think that they had 38 tables in action all in it for the jackpot. Well the jackpot was hit at a 3-6-12 table of course.

The winner of the jackpot won an older man and he won $128,000 or so. The winner of hand was an older lady who won $64,000 or so. Well I wasnt too much attention, but I did notice that they took over 3 hours to pay out the jackpot. Some people were complaining so I went over to take a look at what was going on. Well this is where the story gets almost impossible to believe.

Turns out the winner of the hand was the wife of the bad beat winner and they were sitting right next to each other. Their SON was also at the table sitting next to them. Well obviously that is why they took an extra 2 hours to figure out whether anyone was trying to cheat the house

Is it possible for a dealer to deal a bad beat jackpot winner to one of his crony friends? I heard from a dealers son that his dad dealt a bad beat jackpot to his friend at the Stardust many years ago.
