Were you not shilling for Creditwagering.net across the street?

If you were and you know someone who is associated with that site kindly pass on the information that the customer service at that site SUCKS!
I have been emailing them for 3 days for a payout request and have not got a single reply back from them. Then again I had to email them 3 times for my access code before they got back to me.

I don't schill for anyone.....i passed on info that i get, and help where i can....i post about promos, etc.....

I would be happy to assist you, if u want to pm me your acct number, i will forward it to my contact..

I will say in my experience, you are much better off calling them, than emailing them as they have a lousy email server....i have had trouble before as well, and i will email back a couple of times..then all of a sudden i get like 5 emails pop up from them from different times, so they were replying to my originals, i jsut wasnt getting them, then they all come out at once...

but i will be glad to help, if u send me the info..

Thanks for the prompt reply. I guess shill was the wrong word, I just remembered seeing you talking about them. Last week was my first week playing that contest and was lucky enough to win $300.

I was using my Yahoo mail server and was checking my spam and regular mail and nothing came through from them. I am going to try to use my main email account if I dont hear back from them on my 3rd request.

ok, but i would be happy to help ya, if u send me the info...i dont need any password or antyhing like that, just an acct number so they can look and see if they got email from you, or they can call and help ya...

i just noticed u said it was in the contest....not sure if that is paid out weekly, or if u rack up the $$$ and get it all at once.....i didnt really look that far into it, since i didnt figure i would win anything...i know they said u can transfer it to your .com account with them if u want....

couldnt tell ya WW.....i dont know that much stuff about the behind the scenes stuff with these books.....i know a manager there that i talk to, and know fairly well, who is always quick to help me with stuff..

outside of greek/betjam, i couldnt tell you who owns very many books at all.....i just have my contacts that i use, and am able to get stuff done....but doubt any of them are "owners"...but then again, u never know

Not sure about transferring the $$ to the .com account. Was talking to a rep at .com and he told me to contact the contest@creditwagering.net for withdrawl info.

It also says you can withdraw when you win or you can keep it in your account until the end of the contest.

As far as .com goes I am amazed at all the negativity that was talked about that site. I have withdrew 4 times from them, including a 4 figure sum last week. I lost twice with them and sent them the funds for my losses but never posted up with them. They are a pretty good outfit as far as I am concerned.

LG, i heard from my guy...he has all of your emails and each one is closed as "responded to"....those are the yahoo emails...he says nothing bounced back to them, so they didnt know u didnt get them.....he got the email from the other address tonight as well, he said if u havent gotten that reply, just go to .com live chat and they will take care of ya....

the .net site only answers emails once a day, cuz they dont really staff any CS over there, as it isnt really needed that often.....since its just a contest site

I had money transferred from the .net site to the .com site last week. It took a little longer than expected as they didnt respond to my e-mails for a week, but I just e-mailed them again and it all worked out.

Also, once March Madness begins do the top 100 people start over at 0? Not to brag, but I own that contest right now.

Bucs, the issue has been resolved and I thank you for all of the help you provided. It is much appreciated.

Mondo, I have just joined that contest 2 weeks ago so you finally have some competition, :lol:. My goal is to crack the top 100 obviously and get to March Madness. From looking at the top 20 standings I dont think I will have a problem doing that.

Thanks for letting me know about the transfer option, I didnt know I could do that.

Ha, yea u shud def make it, no problem. I have 3 other friends doin it, and we were all surprised that we were all in top 20 after the first 4 weeks. I wonder how many people are actually participating.

Do you know if everything starts over, once March Madness starts?

main reason that forum guys are doing well is they purposely waited to start the "big" advertising on it in papers and such, til their anniversary date (the 20th of this month)....to give us guys a head start, as we are the main customers.....it will be announced on radio and such for the free contest, since its legal soon....so more will be joining, but gave us a head start in the "overall" part...the weekly prizes will be much tougher and less on the split once that happens...
