i have figured out what dwight howard should do this year.

put on an arizona cardinals helmet . jump as high as he can , ram his head against the rim and them dunk it.

I remember Isiah Rider going between his legs - first time I'd seen someone do that, couldn't stop talking about it in school the next day. When Carter when off I was in my first year of college, and all you heard was "oh shit!!!" coming from the dorm rooms.

re: shawn kemp - totally agree, how did that dude fall apart so quickly.

It's too bad they won't let Howard raise the rim up, that'd be pretty amazing.

Shawn Kemp Jr., his oldest son, recently committed to play basketball for the University of Alabama for the 2009 season. His son is a 6'9" 220LB Center. He is one of the top Center prospects in the nation and had offers from over 20 colleges. Shawn currently attends Cherokee High School in Canton, GA.

The amazing thing about the Carter year, was how insane T Mac was...My god, people who just watched him the last several years would think there is no way he could get up like that.

Most other years those T Mac dunks win; now he's just a shooter. Crazy.
