I think most just come to mind by various means.
First rule in my opinion if you are getting paid to work at a particular site, is that you don't frequent other sites unless you have some unfinished business there for a short period of time.
I know some forum employees don't abide by this, but this is my belief & would therefore rule out the part about "stealing them from other sites"......

it figures!! why not just point out that someone is taking ideas from other forums or that they have stupid ideas, but don't be an asshole pretending you don't know how they come up with them, that aint cool, looks like you are jealous and want to become one!!^^
