Well I spent a few days at the Bellagio and strolled around with 3k making bets from the bellagio to Ceasers to MGM to Paris.. even went as far as the Venetian. Being daytime I was not worried too much on the street. I'm sure there are quicker safer ways to move around. 500$ was the no question limit in general. So if I go pro one day and stroll will 30 k for bets including a halftime roll of 10k at either Ceasers or LV Hilton is it safe. Driving or cabs would be slower. I would likely take a cab home or to my car. also I probably would not go around to each book cashing tickets at night. What do people that know think I should do to do this stuff.
I'm thinking with each bet planned I will have each sportsbook pile ready to not show the whole thing anywhere. Say tonight would have been 550 for WV and 220 for Yale so 770 ready in rubber bands ready for each book. For Halftimes the rest of the loot on my bag/purse.
Chips is a good idea but do the work going cross casino?
Get a nice messenger bag, and get a GPS tag sewn into it. The more expensive the bag, the better.
There are a couple GPS tags out there that are small enough (like the size of a half dollar piece) that can be easily concealed in a medium-sized bag. Here is one of them:

There will be many coming out in the next year or two that will be much, much smaller. Now, with one of those sewn into your bag, you can now easily track that bag via GPS on your PDA, Laptop, etc. They are designed for tracking the likes of a young child or senior citizen at risk, so they are accurate.
The reason I say the more expensive the bag the better, is because if someone steals a Gucci or Louis Vuitton bag from you, don't you think they will want to hang onto it and show it off? It is something that a thief wouldn't just discard, which means you will have a longer period of time to look at the GPS online and show it to the nearest police officer. This works extremely well if you have a web capable PDA. Alternatively, you can always just go to nearest police station and give them the GPS tracking number and go from there, but it will cost you some time.
Also, using casino chips would be a good idea as well. From what I have heard, the professionals in Vegas use chips way more than they use cash.
If you do all of this, you will in reality be a step ahead of the thief and therefore have a much better chance at recovering your lost items or the local authorities catching the culprit.

I was checking out the Addidas shop in Ceasers and thinking about custom pockets and the like when I was there. Drinking for free in the books should allow 200 more for rent. If I can almost ditch the car by living on the strip it's worth at least 200 more for rent. Offshore will have it's place too like it could handle most of the halftimes. I just want to take over in cash for 2-3 years and get rich. Cash in Vegas would be alot easier than checks from offshore. Not easy but with a huge roll you can wait and pounce. The only way to win. Not ready yet but i will do it soon.
Custom pockets would be a very wise idea, IMO. I have a pair of denim jeans which I had a pocket sewn to the inside. I have not had to use it too many times, but you never know when it might come in handy. If you are going to be dealing with a figure like 20k in cash or chips, then a custom pocket would be a very good idea.
As for living on the strip, I have checked around and it looks like Turnberry Place is the place to be. Close to the monorail as well as the two big double decker buses that go up and down the strip every 5 minutes. I am thinking about doing something similar to what your planning to do, but not for another couple of years.

Cab to MGM do the walk to 6+ books by 3pm , walk home , watch games at Hilton or Wynn. Cash the tickets the next day in the loop or get into the safe if was a bad night.
