betphoenix..when I log into this new account in the sportsbook I see the $50 chip availiable!

but when I launch and log into live roulette I can get in with the new account, see the game and the gal (do you ever see her face?) there is no $50 to wager with ..do you transfer it to the casino in some manner?

I can log on fine and the 50 is there but it says dealer status: offline

Edit: actually the 50 is not there it's just in the SB
