HOW did Olympic grade the All Star MVP award?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone was paid by www.thegreek.com on their All Star MVP selection.
Did they pay both Shaq and Kobe as they each won individually?
If they didn't, shouldn't the other wagers for the other player selections be returned as a no contest as there are no set rules for co-winners or did Olympic and other books just take all the money?
