To market value on my totaled car?
I was in a car accident last weekend and just found out that my car has close to 12k in damages.
They told me the "starting" value is at 11.5K/ Fair market is probably 16k.
What a crock of shit this is. They give me a little settlement and then get to sell it to a scrap dealer..
I guess I should just be happy that the car was paid off years ago and I'm not getting stuck with some loan.
Do they factor in low mileage and custom rims?
