Leaning UNDER based on previous years. Tough to get there, but 1 guy can get hot. Santana would be my fav. here, followed by CC, Dice then hamels. ALL in very competitive divisions and health is always an issue.

But it only takes 1 guy to do it.

There is a reason in the past five years only three pitchers have done it out of 750 or so

Take the under

tough to do, even if healthy, and on a good team...if u are the horse for the team, they will get you out after 7 solid, just to preserve ya, and the bullpen might lose you 2-3 games over the season.....

The leader in starts last year was 34, about 10 did this. For you to lose this, a pitcher can only have 12 loses/no decisions. I like the under.

Who has a shot to get 22 wins? Maybe CC ? Maybe Johan ?
Johan, more than CC.
Santana maybe could have won 23 last season with any sort of bullpen help.
Now he has Putz setting up K-Rod. So Johan only has to go 7 innings.
Major upgrade, however Putz has never been under the spotlight in Seattle, as most of the teams he played on put up like 90 plus losses.
How will he handle NYC.
K-Rod, even though has broken the save record, has been known to blow saves, and can be very wild at times.

Disagree. CC being in the AL has an opportunity to stay in games longer than Johan. When you get past the 6th it can be tricky for the starter to get a win in the NL.
