Is there a way to get out of paying the dealer this tax on a vehicle? The way I see it is... It should be up to the dealer to pay this imposed tax because they are the ones making these non eco-friendly vehicles and they already paid the government at the time of production of these cars and not at the time of sale to the consumer. Isn't the whole point of this tax is to keep the auto industry from making these type of vehicles?
