Have You Ever Had To Compete vs An Athletic Female In Sports

It's a no-win situation.

If the girl can play, in whatever sport you are competing against her in, and you have friends or others who are watching and/or participating as well, you will catch he!! if you let her do too much or show you up, and you will catch just as much heat if you go too hard against her.

Anyone ever been through this?

When I was at my most competitive, any female better abled than I was would have to have been world class (and there were a few I ran across). In that scenerio there are no issues if she outperforms you

Now the girl should be the one embarrased if she doesn't do better than me

I remember this like yesterday. I was maybe 8 yrs old and they opened 1 of those fly by night Karate places by my house. My mom thought it was a great idea, i thought it sucked. She stops in 1 day , the guy signs me up and says bring him by Saturday. I get there and she drops me off. Cars everywhere. The bastard schedules my 1st day on the day they having some big tournament. Cool..ill ck ya later..no suit up they have beginners here. HUH????? I dont have a clue wat the fuck is going on. Next thing i know they call my name , he grabs and stands me on the mat. the guy says fight or watever they say and hear some banshee scream from behind me. I turn around just in time to get recieve a flying drop kick from a 75lb girl . I drop like a rock, cant breathe. shes throws on a half nelson and its 123.....Took all of 4 seconds maybe. Im in shock. To show you though how quick thinking i was even at that young age i walked right up to that coach and said.." hey..its not her 1st day is it?" Thats when he informed there were 2 more rounds to go.
Well the 2nd time she flattened me was exactly like the 1st but the 3rd i was at least prepared for the banshee scream and i think we rolled around on the mat for maybe a good 6 seconds before she got me. Needless to say that was my 1st and last Karate lesson.
So this story could be about my 1st competionagainst a girl or how i came to carry a gun at 9....either 1 is good...

I raced motocross in the early 70's, 1 of my competitors almost every week was a girl and she was pretty good too. Today she is the head basketball coach at Baylor Univ...Kim Mulkey..

I was dating a girl right out of high school and her and her friend came over one night to my house. Me and my buddy were playing hoops outside and they wanted to play. I later found out the girl was on a full ride for baskets...my friend wasn't very good so eventually it ended up being one on one...me against her...

High school track I remember being the top guy in my age group for long jump and then watching one of the girls from the same group casually run up and completely fucking destroy me. She went on to university track and volleyball as well.

Had a bitch playing against us in hoops in a pick-up game. She thought it was cool to hack the shit out of me every drive, no win situation at all. Can't call a foul on her, so it was just dumb.

My wife threw a no-hitter when she was in HS, I thought I could get a hit off her, so we went to a field and I tried. I hit a couple foul, then she threw a change up, I think I cracked every bone in my back with a swing and a miss. Next pitch she threw at my head. We were done, and I will never do it again.

Played a ton of co-ed softball, until I realized, wtf am I doing, becoming a complete tool, aka "softball guy"

HS track (distance) and cross-country for the most part, the girls and boys took off at the same time. There was this girl....I always ran neck and neck with. Kara Scanlin out of Episcopal. She won the state two mile title twice (broke the state record one of those years and state cross country title once. Was always crazy running against her cuz everyone would cheer while we were both crossing the line and I knew all the cheers were for her.

CC at my high school wasn't fun. In our district was the men's individual CC champ (Nick Wilson), women's individual CC champ (Kara Scanlin), and men's and women's state champions (Bishop Kenny). That's what happens when your small enrollment public school is grouped in with small enrollment private schools.
