How do I turn on my PM's?

I can't seem to figure out how to turn on my PM (Private Messaging) with this forum. Can someone please give me some guidance?

Welcome to the RX. To enable your PM feature click on "User CP" on the far left side of the toolbar above. Then click on "Edit Options". Scroll down to "Messaging and Notification" and then under "Private Messaging" check the box entitled "Enable Private Messaging. Best of luck.

I followed your directions and under Messaging and Notification there is not "Private Messaging".

I am a new user. Is there a grace period before they allow private messaging?

Please try again, I adjusted your profile so you should be able to use Private Messages. Please do not use them for promotional purposes of any sort. The PMs are for discussion only not for commercial use.
