To me it seems pointless to be using limewire and those types anymore instead of torrents. Its like using cassette tapes instead of CD's. Whats the point? Torrents are faster, more effective, there is far more selection, and you don't get all the spyware that comes with the limeware type programs.

I don't know the exact definition of a torrent. I just use the program and ever since I have never bought another CD or had to rent another movie.
I use UTorrent. Bittorrent is fine too I think though. You have to download one of these programs to your computer. Then you go to a torrent search site like PirateBay or whatever. There are many. Click on a torrent that is posted from a trusted user and download it. Whole CD's take about 15 minutes to download and whole movies (the brand knew ones at the movie store are available in perfect quality) download in about 3 hours. Then burn them to DVD and watch them on your TV. Or you can watch them on your computer.
