Been wanting to do this for a while......Follow one team and one team only.

Angels are my home town team and I will be playing on their team total all year long. Going about it like this........

Following how they do...

vs. what TYPE of pitcher
day/night
home/away
grass/turf
day of week.....could have an affect on when they pratice what, I.E. Skip might have hitting practice ALWAYS on Friday which might result in high scoring Saturdays....I'm looking at everything

Avg. runs when certain pitchers throw....home/away.........you always see that a pitcher is 18-6 w/ a 5.39 era because his team avg. 7runs when he's on the mound, and there's always the 12-12 pitcher w/ a 3.15 era that team backs him up w/ 2.2 run avg.

Also looking at where they play to see if it's a hitters or pitchers park.

And being thats they are my local team I will be able to read all about them and watch most their games.

The Dodgers have been my fav. team for 30yrs so I'm picking the Angels so I wont have any feelings involved.

The team total approach can be beat or the books wouldnt offer 20k limits on sides, 10k limits on totals but only $500 max on TT.

So that's it I'll be posting my plays after each starter has pitched at least once... so see you guys around game 6.

This will work and I will win....G/L to all

same for me ( Twins ) it is a money maker, the problem is stickin to bets involving just the one team. Oh, you can do well with totals with this approach. Good Luck

Teddy,

Are you going to be posting this here as I have also been thinking about doing this but with a few teams and the Angels being one of the teams. I was planning on 5 to 6 teams and so far have come up with these so far:

1. NY Yankees
2. LA Angels
3. Boston
4. ?
5. ?
6. ?

Wanted to use a few NL teams but still unsure I will use if any and if you have some Ideas I am willing to listen.

P.S. If anyone has some info on TT over time I would love to accept it

forumnut, how much time do you have? it's not a big time consuming way to cap but 5/6 teams? I don't know about that, also Angels are my Home town team so good local info, after your home town team it will take you forever to look up news about other teams online.

1 team for me...Angels and I will be posting every play here.

Teddy,

Well I live in the middle of PA so I get info on the Bucs and Phills but mainly my buccos. While doing research on a system for MLB I came across doing something with TT but will be NEW to this as I have never really played TT.

If you or anyone has info on MLB TT I would appreciate it.
