Greatest Sports Comeback Ever?

NFL Network showed the replay of my favorite comeback ever - 1993 BUffalo Bills down 35-3 in the 3rd quarter and beat the hapless Houston Oilers in the playoffs.

I'm not even from Buffalo and I loved it. I had Buffalo in one of those pools to win the Super Bowl that year. Damn Christie - wide right.

Frank Reich also had a 30 point comeback while playing for Maryland against Miami.

The Texas Tech Insight Bowl comeback 3 seasons ago was 31 points with 8 minutes left in the third quarter.

great one....what about the cbb game -- i think it involved lsu, don't remember those involved off the top of my head -- but at the end the coach for the team who came back said that when he looked and saw the other coach he knew they still had a chance....

As a 37 year native of DFW who graduated high school less than ten miles south of Plano East, I can attest to the mania of Texas High School Football announcers.

My younger brother has for the past few years done the stadium announcer gig for one of the East Dallas high school yards.

Notre Dame in the 70's was ahead of USC 24-0 and when Davis ran back a kickoff for a TD right before halftime to make it 24-6.

We went out at halftime thinking the game was in hand and next thing I knew Davis scored 6TD's USC scored 55 straight points and won 55-24.
Greatest turnaround I ever saw.

I didn't start betting (following) soccer until 06, so had no idea about this game. Coming back from 0-3 is rare, especially against a quality side like AC Milan. The shootout was the topper.
