History doesn't serve him well & I don't really have to go into details as most of you know where I'm coming from.

Can Hansbrough have continued success once he reaches the NBA?

poor man's Bill Laimbeer, not as good on the perimeter as Laimbeer but a better scorer in the post, toughness will be his game on the next level. He will cash a check for 10+ years as a 9th or 10th guy off the bench.

I think he is like David Lee, both same height, weight, and hard workers.

I don't know about his history or where you are coming from. Maybe you could share your wisdom?

lol.......Think about it.....Don't want anyone to take it the wrong way but so many guys "similar" to Hansbrough dominate the NCAA level but disappear when they reach the NBA.......

Do you think Hansbrough will disappear in the NBA? I don't think so. Am disappointed that your opinion offers nothing more than Hansbrough's 'similarity' to previous draft choices. I thought there might be some deeper insight since you introduced the subject.

I'm sorry that you're disappointed Pockets, but there's really nothing else to break down.

Most White NCCA basketball Men who are dominant in the college ranks can't seem to maintain or carry it over once they reach the NBA. It's not a racial issue or arguement, it's mere fact & it's very disappointing to tell you the truth....

I don't think anybody thinks he will be a superstar or anything. He'll be serviceable. A role player. I think he's worthy of a late first round pick.

David Lee and Hansborough are completely different players.

Lee can play in the open floor has more athleticsm than Ty.

Hans doesn't face any good post players in the ACC that can defend. Who was the last good shot blocker in the ACC? Sean Williams at BC.

Hanborough will last a few years and then be gone, unless he develops a consistent 19 footer. he won't be able to play with his back to the basket.

You can't be serious. David Lee is so much better than Hansbrough it's not even funny. Hansbrough might be a decent low post guy but he's such a stiff when asked to move around, unlike Lee.

I could see him being a bench guy for a lot of years just bc of his attitude and work ethic but he won't be a player.

Chris Mimms...Mark Madsen...Christian Laettner...Raef Lafrentz to name a few....
