Spring Training Record: 7-1 +6.57

Tampa Bay Rays -115

Edge in starters with Shields over Moyer, and the quality pitching is a little deeper for the Rays today as well. Lineup is a slight advantage to Tampa also. Should be -125 or -130.

Minnesota/Pittsburgh Over 9.5 -105

Pirates have quite a few regulars in there while the Pirates don't have anyone going today that impresses me. Twins are playing alot of talented youngsters that can fly. I like the over.

(Going to add more probably, FYI)

2-0 today. 9-1 +8.57 in spring training.

Thanks for the backpats fellas. To answer your question MURDER, I did very well in spring training but kind of lost interest after the first month of the season and lost some money while half-assing before eventually quitting. Just did not have the love for the sport last season but it's back now.

I generally kick ass at baseball though. My first year here at theRX I won the site's MLB handicapping challenge and was leading at the halfway point of year 2 when I went elsewhere... so I do have a little bit of a track record I suppose.

Either way, really looking forward to the regular season starting so best of luck to both of ya.

Well hell I can't pick a basketball winner to save my life so as long as you guys have that sport covered, I'll do the best I can with baseball. Should be a good season.
