This organization continues to show they are much smarter than the rest....

With Jabar Gaffney gone, the Patriots have bolstered their depth by adding speedy outsider receiver Galloway and Greg Lewis. Only one might make the team, but Galloway can be a weapon if used right. He displayed good speed last season, when he got on the field. New England likely won't ask Galloway to play many snaps, even if he stays healthy. That will prevent him from being a big fantasy factor.

Every year New England snatches up players who still have game to keep themselves at the same level they are or get even better.

Fred Taylor still has life & Joey Galloway definitely still has it as he dominated in Tampa Bay the last few years.....

9 games 13 catches 138 yards last year. At 37 years old, his body is clearly breaking down. Low risk signing, but don't really deem this as a signicant acquisition by NE.

He was injured for a while but could have come back & played but he was in Gruden's doghouse after Joey said fare earlier that he could have played & they John refused to play him. Not only in his doghouse but Gruden also wanted to keep making himself look brilliant by playing Antonio Bryant in his place (who Gruden went after & signed as a free agent)
