Does the winner of the USA Venezuela game move on to the finals or still double elimination?

I know loser of Japan/ Cuba is out.

usa/venezuela is just for seeding in the next round. seems like team usa did a little celebrating last night so venezuela might be a good play with them having extra rest as well.
