I can't bench for crap. I guess I will have to live vicariously through Whale and his awesome results. ^_^

Jake T also. I wouldnt want to work out with this fitness nut because he would be bitching about the fact we have to take the 45 plates on and off everytime.

I got a set of those Navy Seal Perfect Push Ups for Christmas. It gives you a better upper body workout than doing just bench press IMHO. Well worth the money invested to get a set. It took me a few weeks to get over the soreness, but they are pretty cool to use.
