Like Buster, I also had trouble looking for the e-mail address. Instead of registering online because the promotion says "You must register your Betphoenix account number by phone or email", I found an e-mail address at the bottom of the FAQ.

Being deaf, I obviously need to use e-mail (or register online if it was permitted). I already sent to them via that e-mail address (which I hope to be the right one), so let's see if everything is good.

While I am waiting for a response from my e-mail this morning to Member Services, I have a question from the instructions above.

If we wager at least 8x the free money, then regardless of whether my balance is $50 or $250, it still would require the money to be withdrawn after the NCAA Men's championship game even if we would like to continue using the balance after the tournament for other sports? Not requiring a withdrawal would save on your costs, I would imagine (as not everyone wants to "take the money & run", grins)?

If we like what we see with your website, and we want to deposit, but we have the required withdrawal, how does that work? If I have a $100 balance from this promotion, but I want to deposit $400 more, would the $100 balance stay in the account for a $500 bankroll? Or the $100 must be withdrawn anyway?

Sorry for the nitpicking questions. I'm not used to seeing this kind of promotion (not for ages, at least).

The idea is to make the roll. When you have done that. Contact CSD and they will set the account for normal play, or pay you. Whichever you prefer. There is no withdrawal required though.
