Has your local Harrahs downgraded or omitted your Diamond Lounge status?

Also, if any of you(or others), have any significant updates that we need to be aware of regarding the Harrahs Rewards Card in other facets other than just the lounge, speak it here.

Thanks,
FH

no downgrades in Tahoe. Just shortened hours, skimpier selection, ect.

Was at Showboat the other day. Didn't stay there, but played and Diamond Lounge...No problems

Thanks for the reports.

I've been reading about some Harrahs discontinuing the lounges all together, or at least reducing the hours.

How about the Grand in Biloxi, do they even have a lounge there?

The Grand had one when I was there, but they kept it open on very short hours so I never went in.
The one in Shreveport has gone noticeably downhill. Lousy food, crumby hospitality {the hostess burped in my face the last time}, and the furniture is falling apart. Plus I think I picked up the 'stomach flu' there. As much as free food and beverages appeal to me, I can do without this Diamond torture.
