Lineups are usually posted at least 30 mins before game time, although I'm not sure if you need the info earlier than that.
Most sites such as mlb.com, yahoo sports, espn, etc will post lineups 30 minutes to an hour before game time. All you need to do is click on the box score link and it will give you the lineups.
