She is having a lot of physical problems and lives in government housing since her divorce and since she lives in Florida, a place with a notoriously poor transit system she finds it impossible to get around and I'm very worried about her mental health since it's depressing to live that way.
She just wants any working car that will allow her to get to doctors, the market and physical rehab. I'm simply too cash strapped at the moment to spend that much or I would buy her a 6 or 7 year old car right now....I gave her 500 dollars but she needed it for food and bills since it wasn't nearly enough to get a car.
I feel sorry for her cause she suffered a crap load of physical abuse at the hands of the husband and it messed her confidence up a bit...
Is there a site where people would consider donating a car to someone like her? For sure she fits the financial qualifications....she makes under 10k a year for disability.
