Supposedly, it is a score that tells one how “bright” a person is compared to other people. The average IQ is by definition 100; scores above 100 indicate a higher than average IQ and scores below 100 indicate a lower that average IQ. Theoretically, scores can range any amount below or above 100, but in practice they do not meaningfully go much below 50 or above 150.
Half of the population have IQ’s of between 90 and 110, while 25% have higher IQ’s and 25% have lower IQ’s:

IMO These Scores Are Bogus
Or at least the definition, as far as score to same. I've taken an IQ 4 times got 135, 137 (2) & 139. And I'm sure as hell NOT "very superior". A total dunce when it comes to higher math & my spacial reasoning is awful. The Rubiks Cube for example completely stumped me.

I just got a 129 while on percocet and half watching the game. I took the test then they wanted me to pay $10 for an evaluation and breakdown of my score, but they did send the score for free. Seemed very easy to me? Only problem I had was on the geometry type questions. I always hated geometry.
Would like to know how this test compares to other standard tests if anyone knows.
