It seems like an open division to me. The royals might just put it together this year.

very open division, in which any team can win. I would not be surprised if you are correct.

I can't see it happening. They don't have much pitching beyond Meche and Greinke and that division is fairly deep with starting pitching. KC hits lefties really well but struggles some against righties and they just don't have as quality of a lineup as some other teams. I think Minnesota is the class of the AL Central personally.

jake, I like what I have seen from Bannister. Pretty good production for bottom of the rotation.

Bannister can be good but he also has a habit of being up and down. I can never figure that guy out.

out of curiosity, what book(s) are you using for mlb this season?

5Dimes is it right now but I'm watching lines at some other places and will add another book before too long. There are some good ones that are sponsors here that I've been meaning to check out but it will come down to who has the best lines at the earliest times.

Sent down. Was pretty effective two years ago. Not a good sign when you can't beat out Ponson and Horacio Ramirez for a spot in the rotation.

Middle of KC's lineup is awful.

Indians best team in the Central by a wide margin.

Kyle Davies is a sleeper to match Gil Meche's numbers and is now the Royals #3.

Wath him out, he had a really good last month or two can't remember and a good ST and was supposed to be a touted prospect.

Davies was a big prospect at one point and seems to be putting it together but still doesn't impress me that much. He's a #4 or #5 at this point one most teams but a #3 on KC. Unless he takes a big step forward, the Royals are going to have issues.

Wold love to see Luke Hochevar start putting it together for the Royals. Could be a great #3 or #4 for them.
