Tracking for the first time, hopefully it goes well. I'll probably track them all in one thread. Whatever unit denomination I post will be what I expect to win, depending on the juice.

4/5

Braves +110 1 unit

Myers is overrated and Lowe is a ground ball pitcher who has had success against the Phillies. Myers had a 10+ era against the Braves last year and he is the type of guy who would lolly gag spring training and not be as prepared as he should be come opening day. I guarantee you he wasn't thinking he was going to pitch opening day this year with Hamels out.

I like the Braves to win this game as they have a solid lineup with some strong left handed hitters. Lowe has pitched well this spring and is looking to get off to a good start for his new team.

BOL!

Crap, looks like I got a bum line as the Braves are now +122. Oh well, let's get a win and it won't matter! Cmon Braves!

4/7 Plays:

Milwaukee Brewers +145 1 unit

Lincecum getting a ton of credit and making a weak hitting SF team a heavy favorite against a strong hitting Brewers team makes this a play for me. The Brewers hit Lincecum well last year (5 ER in 6 IP) and I think he will be pressing a bit in their home opener and coming off of his Cy Young season.

Hart had a killer spring training, Braun is 5 for 12 with 2 hr's off Timmy for his career, and I expect a better season out of Prince this year.

More to come...BOL!

Thanks DJax, gl to you too.

Adding:

LA Dodgers -112 .75 units

Chris Young was atrocious during the spring and he is one that has never impressed me. I feel that batters are getting used to his tall frame and seeing the ball better at its release point, something he relied on in the past to get batters out. He doesn't have plus stuff and I see the Dodgers bats destroying him today.

Wolf, although not the best, is a solid pitcher, and against a weak hitting SD lineup, I think he'll keep the Pads to a low run total.
