mets- 155 - 3 units- (so in reality this is 465 to win 300)- Simple because in JOHAN i trust.. he's never the best to begin the year, and harang is always a great opening day starter, but the mets have a terrible taste in the mouth from last year and look to change that now!

pitt +155- 2 units- i like the line movement here and i like getting this much wood with a pitcher as good as malhom, ore times then not your betting on a pitcher not the team.. also note that larussa is playing rookies and messing with his line up cards, so continuity isnt there yet with st louis thru the spring

toronto -150- 2 units
this bet is simple .. roy halladay is possibly the best if not 2nd best pitcher in the american league(c.c being the other), and while theres been times in verlanders career he has looked as good as his no -hit game, he's just not that good anymore.. a horrible spring, wild as could be( led the league in wild pitches and hits batmen in 07' and not a good year last year)

oak ev- 2 units- this kid cahill is a real deal #2 and i think the angels are in for a surprise tonight, especially after the a's were blanked last night

s.f - 160 - 1 units- lincecum is a special special player, and the brewers are going to be going backwards this year

pitt +140 -2 units- going with my upset bucs again.. last night i got somewhat lucky, put ill take 40 cents against lohse anyday of the week

arizona -150 - 3 1/2 units- haren is going to slice thru this rockie line up, and if u saw anything from yesterdays d back outing it's this team can hit and they havent forgot about last year

sea - even - 2 units- im uusing the better pitcher here, in bedard(well hes not necc. better coming of surgery but he was one of the ebst up and comers before that) and regardless of him i just saw a sputtering minn. line up last night without mauer.. and also without mauer calling the game, i favor m's hitting

Mets- -05 3 units- i know that volquez had a good year and even a better first half right out of the gate... but im under the impression tht this met team this year will sing a different song. .nd while they looked alot like the same emts opening day (no offense runners lob, and relying on a nail bitter) i think they will find the groove today.. pelfrey is healthy and will continue to work on a very good 2nd half campaign

kan -ev - 2 units- i really like grienke this year, but doesnt everybody seem to feel the same? ill tell u this now this will set the tone for me this year with the royals, we iwll see tonight if they are pretenders or sleepers but truth is im concerend that joe pub likes the sleeper potential

Tor- 30 - 1 1/2 units - jesse litsch is a good ground ball pitcher, and the tigers cant hit anything right now, the bats have swiss cheese

mets- 2 units -114.. yes i will be riding this team ALOT this year.. oliver did not look good in spirng, but this is when the games count now, and i dont think bronson arroyo is anyhtign special... teams are coming off a night to day game so it will be interesting to see how these mets bats handle there first back to back games and day/night ..the bats did come thru last night

yanks 3 units -165 - YANKS WILL NOT LOSE PERIOD (texeria breaks out today)

dodgers- 1 units -135 padres just plainly look inept, kershaw is a solid young thrower

r.sox- 2 units -150 dice-k looked tremendous at end of last year and looked even better in world champinships in march, lets see him carry this over to reg season

Minn 2 units -120- like perkins and love the fact he's a lefty.. washburn gets hit up today
