Traditionally, are there more runs scored in cold weather games or warm weather, do balls travel further in warm or cold, and do they travel further in rain or fair weather? Also who has more of an advantage in cold weather, pitchers or batters? Im on the assumption that more runs are scored in cold weather games but im looking for any kind of statistic to back this theory up.
