im a cook at a restaurant, anything from steaks to garlic butter salmon and like 50 dishes inbetween.

I made Fettucine Alfredo with jumbo Shrimp yesterday for my wife and I. I don't eat her cooking, not because she can't cook it's because she just can't cook as well as I can and will admit it.

I wish I could cook. I just don't have the patience. I can barely wait those 15 agonizing minutes for the pizza to come out of the oven.

Even though I LOVE Pizza, I couldn't live on it.

I think an omelette with chopped peppers is about as sophisticated as I get for breakfast. That's nothing though, anybody can do that.

One of my X's was really good with that waffle iron, man I kind of miss those days. That thing is not easy to master. At least to me it isn't.

My wife is disabled at 55 yrs old[adult scoliosis,menopause, depression & diabetis] so i do it all pay the bills, grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning & whatever.The golden years @ 70 yrs of age,gl all.

For you novices go to allrecipes.com and sort by relevance. Will give you ideas, dishes, easy to hard, and how to make them. I never cooked but in the last 3 years I have learned many things and great dishes that my kids love.

Really not hard if you put your mind to it.

Waffle iron ?? Just pour your Mix onto the waffle iron, and there you have it.

But you have to know how to Mix Batter.....I Make the Best Pancakes !
The Key is in the Batter.
