The moneyline for this game opened around -190 and has been steadliy going up. Its now around -220. I love the yankees with CC but that much juice makes this game a no play for tonight. I dont like laying that much this early in the season.

Do you guys think the yanks are a little overvalued here?

overvalued? i don't think. i'm sure nobody expects CC to start 0-2, especially to the royals.

There is no way that CC and the Yanks should be -230 or so against anyone, including KC, on the road this early in the season, especially off his last performance.

The books are counting on Joe Public who loves the Yanks to pay a premium for betting on the Bombers.

The value, if there is any, is with KC...it's KC or no play.
