2. How about any sites that accept inter-book transfers from Bodog? From Sportsbetting? From carib?
3. In moving money by inter-book transfers, what have your experiences been in terms of any expected rollover (or fee) before a person's allowed to move the money onward? For example, I want to move money from Bookmaker to WSEX, but I may be forced to use Matchbook as a "middle man". In that case, what would my obligations to Matchbook be under the rules? What would proper etiquette dictate?
