First year in the Bigs, he had a summer job..pumping gas at the local fillin' station!

what a rookie season. i'll never forget him patting the dirt and talking to the ball. apparently got killed in a freak accident while working on his truck. very sad. also, harry kalas died @ 73, legendary phillies announcer. makes me wonder who's next. death comes in threes they say

how'd he die?

they say he was workn on his truck , but no one is saying exactly what the hell happened ??

i mean did he jack the truck up while he was underneath it and the darn jack fell off and uh.........?? well , you know....all that they r saying is he died underneath the truck:):)
