In case you are unfamilar with what I do here:

Basically what I do here is pick a team to bet or fade for a pre-determined amount of games.. No flat betting, unit amounts may and most likely will vary.. Also "NOT" limited to betting MLs, I will sometimes wager on RL and -1's..

2008 Season: Giants 7-6 +2.00

2008 season: Rays: 6-3 +3.12 Units
2008 season Reds: 14-12 +1.18 Units
2008 season Red Sox :5-2 +3.79 Units
2008 season Mariners: 5-2 +3.43 Units
2008 season Royals: 9-3 +4.72 Units
2008 season Indians: 0-6 -9.49 Units
2008 season Pirates: 9-1 +7.24 Units

2007 Season overall: 26-13 +14.47 Units

2008 season overall: 66-42 +10.77 Units

Overall: 92-55 +25.24 Units

This time I'm going to fade the San Diego Padres who are currently 6-2 and overacheiving IMO.. With 6 road games versus the Mets and Phillies ahead in their schedule I'm not seeing them winning more than two games..

So my goal here is to finish at least 4-2 by betting against them in every game and to be ahead by the end, that is my goal with this= profit.. If I'm down 0.5 units before the final game I will wager enough to end with the profit, If I'm ahead 0.5 units before the final game I will wager enough to end with the profit..

Here is the Padres schedule for the next six games:

I have the Padres going 2-4 at best during this stretch.. Hopefully 1-5 or better yet a 6 game losing streak..

Yeah I feel ya, Mets are a fuck up.. But the Padres aren't that good and the Mets lineup is too good to keep losing to the Padres I think..

I'll tag along for the ride, did last year during your second Red Sox line. I agree that Diego ain't that pretty. I like momentum plays, and I'll probably starting doing little runs like this myself, I think catching teams hot and cold is really the only good way to make money consistently in bases

.6 is a large wager for me this early in the season.. I start off slow and periodically increase unit size throughout the season until about Mid-Late August then I decrease again..

Late May to Late July is the meaty part of the season IMO..

Sorry for the small unit investments guys, but the beginning of the year is a lot of educated guessing. Peavy is pitching in this one and he's always hard to bet against..

Usually dont play anything above 1 unit anymore.. Unless its football or a futures wager..

1 unit is about 2.5-3% of my bankroll..
