A friend of mine uses a tablespoon of his own stool and incorporates into his own homemade sauce.

He says grilling with it kills the germs.

Tasted great

Booby Flay's Jerk Sauce. If you like hot, its very good! You can mix it half and half with your favorite barbecue sauce and im sure you will like it.

Make it once in a while when I have time.

My favorite standby is Sweet Baby Rays. PBS cooking rated KC the best in taste tests.

The first time a friend of mine tried this sauce he remarked........"this tastes like crap".

You want to make your own or try prolly hundreds of different ones, this book is dynomite. I've had it for years and made many of his sauces over the years.http://www.amazon.com/Paul-Kirks-Ch...=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1239766427&sr=8-1

I like to mix a little Sweet Baby's with Open Pit gives it a little more tang. If you like it a little sweeter you can add Duck Sauce to either one.

I have a good friend who opened a Steakhouse about 9 years ago. He and his head chef traveled to all the known BBQ cities to find a sauce to use in their place. Ended up with Rays. It was not commercial at the time but within the year all the local markets carried it. They have developed a variety of flavors so try them all, you will not be disappointed.
