Matt Stafford for me. I've been saying it for over a year now. Guy has one of the best arms out there but he doesn't make great reads or decisions. I don't care if a guy can throw a pinpoint pass into triple coverage if he has a guy open 10 yards downfield. I'm questioning this guys head, reads, and football smarts. That arm is awesome but successful NFL QBs are good because of decision making more then anything IMO.

Mario Williams

2006 post from yours truly:

"Texans made the right call. That team has skill players already just no line to block for them or a defense to stop anyone.

Picking Bush or Young would set the team back 5 years. "

Just saying.

I give you credit but did they really make the right call? How many playoff games have they won since they drafted "SUPER" mario?

Just saying

It's not Mario's fault that Matt Schaub and Andre Johnson keep getting hurt...

Anyone doubt Michael Crabtree since he came from a gimmick offense and all? And ran a poor 40 on his injured leg...?

I actually like Sanchez to be a decent NFL QB. Guy has a good combination of mobility to go along with his throwing ability that I think will help him succeed in most places.

Stafford>Sanchez.....:toast:

I disagree and feel I'm due after the Cueto/Edinson fiasco. I think Stafford has the better arm by a mile but Sanchez has mobility and reading ability that I think will make him a better pro. We'll see. Stafford on the Lions is a pretty good bet to get next to no protection so it'll be hard to judge him really.

Stafford will get on the job training....and the Lions will draft an offensive lineman with their second pick...

Mobility means nothing when facing bigger and faster defensive lineman...
